Coolnet is pleased to announce the signing of a strategic joint venture agreement with Heating & Air Conditioning Ent. (HACE), a leading HVAC manufacturing subsidiary of the renowned Shoaibi Group in Saudi Arabia.
Founded in 1971 and headquartered in Alkhobar, Shoaibi Group is a well-established, diversified family holding company with a strong presence in energy, manufacturing, power generation, property development, and technology sectors across the Middle East. HACE, under Shoaibi Group, has been a pioneer in HVAC product manufacturing since 1976.
After several months of close communication and a successful site visit by Mr. Omar Al Dughaither (General Manager of HACE) and Mr. Walid Al Shoaibi (Executive Chairman of Shoaibi Group) to Coolnet’s state-of-the-art facility, both parties agreed to deepen their cooperation. During the visit, the guests explored Coolnet’s advanced precision air conditioning workshops and automated production lines, showing great interest in the company’s technology and manufacturing capabilities.
Through this new joint venture, Coolnet and HACE will establish a new company in Saudi Arabia, dedicated to manufacturing and supplying innovative, energy-efficient cooling solutions for data centers under a joint brand. This partnership aims to support Saudi Arabia’s rapidly growing digital infrastructure and meet the increasing demand for advanced data center technologies across the region.
This collaboration marks a significant milestone for both companies and reflects Coolnet’s commitment to expanding its presence and delivering cutting-edge solutions to the Middle East market.
