The high-density project comprises three sets of micro-modules, totaling 42 customized cabinets with a combined power load of approximately 540KW. This robust infrastructure is designed to meet the rigorous demands of the digital era, ensuring scalable and energy-efficient operations.
As a one-stop system integrator, Coolnet supplied a full range of precision equipment for this project, including:
Power Distribution: Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) cabinets and UPS input/output precision distribution cabinets.
Critical Power: High-reliability modular UPS systems and high-capacity battery banks.
Thermal Management: Advanced in-row cooling units and a fully integrated cold/hot aisle containment system.
Factory Pre-Assembly: Ensuring Seamless Deployment
To guarantee zero-defect delivery and minimize on-site installation time, Coolnet pre-assembled a complete micro-module system within its state-of-the-art 21,000-square-meter manufacturing facility for the clients to inspect.
The Kazakhstan partners conducted a thorough technical review of the equipment, focusing on the integration of the power systems, cooling efficiency, and the smart monitoring interface. Following the inspection, both parties engaged in productive discussions regarding shipping schedules and long-term strategic cooperation to support the growing digital ambitions in Kazakhstan.
