Modular Design

Adopting modular design concept,each unit can be installed and disassembled independently, and can be closely connected with adjacent units, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly, at the same time, it is also suitable for maintenance and management of other equipment on the channel.

Good Sealing

All unit modules in the hot and cold aisle system are connected precisely, and the parts are sealed with goodsealing tops or sponge strips, which not only maintains the aesthetics, but also prevents the leakage of cold air in the cold aisle.

Light Transmission

The system is composed of toughened glass with stronglight transmittance.

The Integrated Systems

Electric sliding door

• Optional access control readers such as face recognition, fingerprint, password, IC card, etc., support firelinkage, and ensure the safety of equipment inside the channel.
• The electric sliding door uses 12mm frameless panoramic coated tempered glass, and the glass coverage areais more than 98%. it is also equipped with a sheet metal door cover to protect the safe operation of the end door.
• Equipped with a backup battery, the door can be opened automatically in the event of an emergency poweoutage to ensure the safety of people inside the channel, noble and beautiful.

Swivel sliding door

• The door body is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate and equipped with 5mm coated tempered glasswhich can directly observe the internal situation. The joints of the components are sealed with sealing strips to ensure the sealing effect, and the overall stability is generous.

Skylight

• Skylights are divided into flip skylights, fixed skylights, and flat-top skylights.
• Flip skylights and flat-top skylights are equipped with 5mm coated tempered glass for lighting, with a light transmittance of 91%.
• Electromagnetic control is used to manage opening or closing. Supports fire protection system linkage The opening angle of the flip skylight can reach 90″, and a buffer limiter is provided to adjust the opening angleaccording to customer needs.
• Fixed skylights are made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates for instaling environmental monitoring equipmentsuch as temperature and humidity sensors, smoke sensors, and cameras.
• The skylight adopts a modular design and is equipped with a cabinet for modular installation. The skylights areevenly connected in parallel without gaps to achieve the effect of isolating hot and cold airflows.
• Optional skylight one-button reset function to automatically close the flip skylight.

Single module Solution :

 It is suitable for small and medium data centers with power consumption less than 180KW and an area of less than 100 square meters. For data center needs of small and medium enterprises and branch offices of large enterprises.

Multi-module solution:

 Through the flexible arrangement of multiple modules, a large-scale data center can be constructed. For the needs of large-scale data centers in IDC, large enterprises, financial centers, governments, military,supercomputer centers, education, medical and other industries.
