Beyond the equipment

Factory integration & delivery

Download full presentation PPTX · 23 MB

Three modules. One integrated platform.

The prefabricated platform brings IT Computing, Cooling & HVAC, and Power & Distribution together. Enclosures, aisles, power and cooling are pre-installed and commissioned at the factory under full operating conditions.

  • IT Computing — racks, computing space and aisle arrangements coordinated within the enclosure.
  • Cooling & HVAC — cooling equipment and connections integrated around the computing load.
  • Power & Distribution — power supply and distribution integrated with the IT and cooling systems.
  • Factory integration avoids secondary on-site integration, wet works and scattered installation, leaving external utility interfaces such as water and power to connect.

The required utilities, site works and commissioning scope depend on the selected cooling system and project interfaces.

Manufacturing and site preparation in parallel

Factory fabrication can run alongside site civil works. Standardized workshop production supports controlled quality, while modular delivery allows capacity to expand from small installations to larger campuses with less scattered work on site.

  • Fast deployment — coordinate off-site manufacturing with the site construction programme.
  • Controlled quality — standardize fabrication, pre-installation and factory commissioning.
  • Flexible expansion — add modules as computing demand grows.
  • Reduced site work — minimize on-site assembly as part of a green, low-carbon delivery approach.
