- Integrated pump module
Features
High-Efficiency & High-Density Precision Cooling Solution
Coolnet focuses on the research and development of data center cooling products, offering a full series of products from liquid-cooling racks, CDUs, manifolds, immersion tanks, and prefabricated piping, to primary side cooling sources. The integrated design of dry coolers and supplementary cooling units reduces costs, saves space, and facilitates seamless on-site installation.

Integrated Chiller
Operational Logic
- Maintains a 7~8°C temperature difference between the dry cooler water outlet and ambient temperature.
- Utilizes natural cold sources when ambient temperature is below 32°C (only dry cooler operates).
- Activates high-evaporation chilled water units to supplement cooling when ambient exceeds 32°C.
Core Features
- Integrated pump circulation module for rapid deployment.
- Well-known brand compressors for superior stability.
- Intelligent real-time monitoring and expert-level fault diagnostics.
- Color HMI touch screen with multi-level password protection.
- Supports Modbus RTU & optional TCP/IP.
Cost Reduction
The integration of dry coolers with supplementary cooling units into a single cold source adapts to extreme weather conditions, ensuring a stable outlet water temperature.
Flexible Deployment
The integrated cold station architecture allows for phased investments, providing highly flexible capacity expansion as your data center grows.
Ultimate Water Saving
The system does not consume water resources, completely avoiding the common problems of freezing and scaling found in traditional spray systems.
High Energy Efficiency
The supplementary cooling units utilize a high evaporation temperature system, which results in a significantly higher Energy Efficiency Ratio (EER).
